The name CarmEli is a heartfelt tribute to our grandparents,Carmela and Eli, whose love for family, kindness toward others, and passion for exceptional food continue to inspire everything we do. Our logo, created from their wedding photo, reminds us that every event we cater begins with the same love and connection that started it all.

Led by Halo, our founder and head chef with more than 27 years of experience in top restaurants and clubs in Australia and overseas, our team brings together tradition, creativity, and skill to create unforgettable cocktail events.
